The Clark family history goes back many centuries in Europe, as does the various other families which were married in over the generations. Although photography was not a high prioity for any of the Clark's when they came to Canada, the photos displayed on this page are family heirlooms.
But up untill the late 1920's, the Clarks used horse drawn plows.

The Horse Hill baseball team travelled all over Strathcona and Sturgeon counties to play in leagues and tournemnts. No ringers here - none needed. They were coached for years by Hector Clark (dark suit) and won several championships, priding themselves on superior fielding.

Hector Clark and Harriet Brink met at High School in Edmonton. He convinced her to move out to the Clark family farm in 1922 shortly after they were married.
